We recommend the use of this system, the user community has the facilities to support this program, as well as computer and Internet access. Equity programs have also been developed so that all communities benefit. Distance education programs (Distance Learning) is quite effective, especially for advanced countries, but this is one of the challenges for developing countries in order to leverage technology capabilities that will create the high-tech society.
